From dark and dingy, to bright and breezy: our latest refurb in Shepherds Bush now complete
Back in March, Urban & Provincial acquired two properties on Starfield Road in Shepherds Bush. Both properties needed serious refurbishment but had plenty of potential given their location close to the retail parade on Askew Road, and the great access to public transport they enjoy.
Fast forward four months and we have now completed the refurbishment works and we are proud to show you the results (you can also view more pictures on our Instagram account @urbanprovincial).
As you will see, the rooms have been totally transformed, taking them from being dark and dingy, to bright and breezy. The team have prioritised high quality finishes throughout, and the changes we have made accentuate the light that comes into the properties. They will go onto the market, and each will make a fantastic new home.
