In 2015 Urban & Provincial started assembling a 5-acre site known as Ruby Triangle. Working closely with the London Borough of Southwark, our work has helped to deliver planning consent for circa 1150 residential units, a new sports hall for the community and over 50,000 sq ft of commercial space. In addition to this we are currently proposing to deliver a new public park, a further 250 residential units and circa 20,000 sq ft retail and workspace on the last phase of the regeneration.

Our proposals also include 40% affordable housing delivering much needed family homes in the Borough of Southwark. The scheme also hosts various shared spaces such as roof terraces, landscaped gardens and ‘communal hubs’ to foster a spirit of togetherness and family. We strongly believe South London will be one of the most important growth areas of the capital over the coming decades and our ongoing acquisition programme is focused on key locations where we see the greatest potential for growth.
